Participants of the Global Media Forum “New Media in the Era of the 4th Industrial Revolution”, which will be held in the city of Shusha on the occasion of the 148th anniversary of the National Press, have today arrived in Azerbaijan’s cultural capital.

The event will welcome 150 participants from 49 countries including state news agencies from 34 countries, 12 international and media organizations.

Following the opening ceremony, the forum will continue with sessions.

The sessions will include such topics as “The future of media: new tools in journalism and communication in the digital age”, “Investment in media, consumer trends” and others.

The Global Forum will also feature side events – exhibitions and trainings.

The Forum will run until July 23.
