President orders regulation of management of Shusha Hotel-Congress Center Complex

President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order to regulate certain issues concerning the transfer of the Shusha Hotel-Congress Center Complex to contractual management.
Under the order, the Cabinet of Ministers’ proposal on transferring the Shusha Hotel-Congress Center Complex, located in the city of Shusha and on the balance sheet of the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan, to management on a contractual basis was approved.
The Cabinet of Ministers was instructed to ensure that the contract on the transfer of the complex to management is concluded by the Ministry of Economy within two months, taking into account the requirements of the “Regulation on the Transfer of State Enterprises (Objects) to Management on a Contract Basis,” approve the contract following its conclusion, and address other issues arising from the order.
The Ministry of Economy has been tasked with implementing the measures stipulated in the order.
